If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund of the purchase (not including any return shippings costs) to ensure your peace of mind.

You are eligible for a full refund within the 14-day return policy window for any reason. However, the method of return may vary depending on the reason for your return. Please let us know if you a returning an item because due to damage or defect as it may speed up the refund process.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
1. Contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of receiving your item through the "contact us" page, chat, or email to request a return authorization. Return items will not be accepted without prior authorization.
2. Please include your full name and address as it appears on the shipping label. Let us know if the reason for your return (ex. voluntary, defective product, damaged, wrong size, etc). Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials.
4. Ship the item back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. We do not supply the return shipping label. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.
Exchange:
We do not offers exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a new product, please follow the 14-day refund and return policy and then make a separate purchase.
