Delivery Time Estimates:

Estimate your nomadic essentials to arrive 7-15 business days after your order is processed. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays. Additionally, order processing typically takes 1-3 business days.

• Many of our products ship from overseas locations, and international holidays can impact delivery times. Notable examples include Chinese New Year and Golden Week.

• Some items may take longer than the estimated time. For more specific delivery dates on individual products, feel free to reach out to our friendly team through the "contact us" page or the chat bubble at the bottom of your screen. We're always happy to help!

Tracking information is provided once the item has shipped.

This will typically include an estimated date of delivery. Multiple carriers may be utilized but last mile delivery is typically fulfilled by USPS.
