I like this pouch. As another reviewer commented, the outside pockets are too narrow for a foldable knife, but you can tuck it in behind (see pic).
Good product and shipping time.
Outside pockets are a little too narrow for a typical folding pocket knife. But they're perfect for a pair of trauma shears, flashlight, and pen, forceps, etc. which is exactly what I wanted it for anyway. Much better than other pocket organizers geared towards healthcare workers.
It would be more convenient for the outer pockets to be wider, it is difficult to be able to put any accessory inside them.
The exterior elastics allow to equip accessories externally.
Is quite practical.
The belt that holds the bag only has two lengths to regulate.
Feels solid in its construction, resisted my attempts to introduce accessories by force.
